Shipping Information

You DO NOT need to fill in this form if you will not be shipping packages to the WERC contest.

 

Need to ship equipment to the us ahead of your arrival?

  • See Forms page
  • Equipment Transport Form
  • You must upload an Equipment Form to the WERC Team Site describing equipment being shipped to Las Cruces.
  • Mark your shipping containers with your school name and number of boxes (i.e. 2 of 4).
  • Ship packages directly to the Farm & Ranch Museum (address on form)
  • Deadline for Equipment Form submission: March 30, 2026.                                                                            

Recommendations:

  • Ship your equipment to Las Cruces via UPS or Federal Express to simplify transportation demands.
  • Make prior arrangements in advance for returning your equipment to your school.
  • Avoid shipping packages exceeding 100 lbs.
